    Description

Laconia, N.H., June 21, 1959: BSA riders won the lion's share of events in Formula C competition at Laconia. Tom Clark, Morristown, Tenn. won the 50 Mile Gold Cup Championship on his BSA, and Jack Simpson, Dunedin, Fla., rode another Gold Star to victory in the 25 Mile Novice Feature. In the 100 miler, Dick Mann, BSA, took the lead and set new Laconia speed marks for 25, 50 and 75 miles. He led the entire field for over 90 fastest-ever laps...
..., proving conclusively that his BSA Gold Star was the fastest motorcycle at Laconia!
