We provide 30 days money back return service!
1.We offer a 30 day money back guarantee for all goods shipped out correctly but are no longer needed by customer. It is buyer’s responsibility to pay the returned postage and 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
2.30 days money back guarantee also apply to goods found to be faulty, significantly different from the description, delivered incorrectly or lost or damaged in transit.
As to wrong item being sent, item can be returned for exchange or for full refund. We will be responsible for all the return postage. Please provide us pictures of the package including the barcode and package list and the item prior the return
In the unlikely case that item is faulty on the receipt, we will send out the required parts ASAP to fix the problem. If the faulty item cannot be repaired, item can be returned for replacement or for full refund within 14 days of receipt.
If there is any quality problem with the item covered by warranty, but the issued is raised after 30 days of receipt, we will send out any required parts freely to repair the item or item can be returned for replacement if it fails to be repaired (Warranty doesn't apply on accessories like carbon brush and spark plug)
Notes for Return:
a)Please confirm the return address and RMA number with us before you send back the item. (We may request photographs of the package which including the barcode, package list and the item prior of return before processing any damage claims).
b)We accept SurePost Economy Delivery and UPS Economy Delivery service only returning the item. Buyers must provide tracking number and receipt of the returned parcel for us.
c)All non-seller mistake returns for refund are subject to 20% of restocking fee and buyers need to be responsible for the returned postage.
d)Goods must be returned in original condition with original packaging. If the returned item is damaged upon receiving, we have the right to give refund based on the damaged condition.
e)Once we receive the parcel back to warehouse safe and sound, we will refund the money back to your PayPal account within 1-2 business days.
