The badge "Excellence in Health Care" is awarded to workers of institutions of the health care system of the USSR, medical workers of other ministries and departments who have a long experience of impeccable work, as a rule, at least 10 years, who have shown examples of the communist attitude to work, who perfectly fulfill the duties of providing medical care to the population sanitary and anti-epidemic work and providing the population with medicines, constantly improving their skills and passing on their experience to others, as well as persons who contribute to the development of health care and take an active part in activities carried out by health authorities and institutions.
