Hello Everybody!I'm selling my hand made, custom electric longboard! I had initially gotten some parts from Ownboard via purchasing one of their better boards at the time. I stripped it clean and then purchased the deck pictured above (Loaded Tan Tien). I carved up the deck (for running wires and connecting the battery to the speed controller without having any loose wires). Additionally, I've installed a Paris V2 truck and have switched the wheels to more grippy, ABEC11 Refly wheels (74a). I also have some Yellow Orangutan bushings and some hard-ish reflex bushings. These were purchased for my body weight for the most stability in the board. You may need to purchase different ones if you weigh less than me (less than 180lbs)! Luckily, bushings are very cheap! Lastly, I'll include the original OwnBoard box that is currently filled to the brim with ALL of the extra supplies that this purchase would include!
This board will go up to 25mph! If you're over 170lbs, it'll go down to around 22-23mph max speed. Since this custom build also has a Samsung 20R 4.0 battery, it usually travels for 9-13 miles depending on the terrain.
If you have any questions or are interested in this setup, feel free to shoot me a message.
Thanks, everyone! I hope that you all take care and enjoy each and every day!
And just a post edit FYI, I lowered the price a tiny bit down to 0 but can't really go further due to this thing costing between - to ship... It's hefty as heck. =(
*EDIT* - *IMPORTANT* :
Just had to add this point in the description. But this board is fully customized with parts from NORMAL longboards as the stock parts that come pre-installed on all of these "Perfect electric boards" that other users are posting are absolutely TERRIBLE. This board was previously a stock, pre-built W1S board from Ownboard. But whilst stock, it doesn't allow for any stability, balance or safe steering (as the stock trucks on a lot of these boards don't even have bushings that fit properly at all while also having a deck that's made of covered plywood-esque material)! Customized boards with good descriptions at least prove the point that these customizations are to make the board a safer and better device.
Thank you, all!
