FULL Set of 16 Soviet USSR VERY Rare Badges Republics, flags, coats of arms
Full set of badges of the Republic of the USSR, badges large in good condition, double overhead, on sale were not, were made for the delegates XXVII CPSU, a small circulation of 5000 pcs. There were 4993 delegates at the 27th CPSU Congress and 5000 sets of badges were made for them.
