Soviet Russian Award Certificate for an Order of Red Banner of RSFSR
Early 1918-1920 type, signed by Sklyansky. Ink is just a bit discolorated, but mostly readable. The name of the awardee is comrade Filip Kolesnikov, soldier of the 3rd squadron of 38th Cavalry Regiment. Apparently, he was awarded for his heroic actions during 1919 fighting. Excellent vintage condition, no rips or tears, ready for research and/or framing. Scarce!
