This is a rare variety of this badge and document, namely, the Badge is made of heavy metal (brass), and the Document has a hard cover!
The badge "25 years of victory in the Great Patriotic War" was established by Order of the Minister of Defense of the USSR No. 59 of March 17, 1970. The badge was awarded to all soldiers of the Great Patriotic War and the war with Japan, which are part of the army, as well as soldiers of the socialist countries who took part in the war as part of the Soviet Armed Forces.
