Soviet Russian University Graduation pin badge medal orde 11 ribbons before 1945

Description

This is an original Soviet University Graduation pin or badge.  It is a screwback badge but some might call it a graduation pin.  Anyway, it depicts the Soviet coat of arms with only 11 ribbons.  These were only made before World War II as after the war the Soviet Union's crest consisted of 16 ribbons for about 10 years and then 15 ribbons for the rest of the Epoch. Somewhat rare as many of these were destroyed or simply discarded as junk.  Very collectible.
